Here at P A Brown Mobile Tyres we make replacing your caravan tyres as easy and hassle free as possible. Gone are the days of hooking up your caravan taking it to the garage trying to park then waiting around for an hour or two for the work to be completed. We come to you to fit your caravan tyres which includes free new valves, wheel balancing and no call out charge. We also carry all the equipment to safely remove and refit tyron safety bands.

WHEN TO REPLACE CARAVAN TYRES

You should always replace your caravan tyres immediately if they are worn to the legal limit or if you see any signs of damage. You should also change caravan tyres when they are 5 years and should not be used when 7 years old. Tyres running with more than 50psi should be changed when 3 years old and never used when more than 5 years old. Always check your insurance about replacing caravan tyres as you may not be insured if they are too old.

HOW TO CHECK HOW OLD MY CARAVAN TYRES ARE

The date your tyres were made will be printed on the side wall of the tyre in the form of 3 or 4 numbers at the end of the dot code eg (3516 ) this means the tyre was made on the 35th week 2016 most tyre fitters will fit tyres so this is on the outside of the tyre but you may have to look at the inside of the tyre if you can’t find it on the outside.
